We are starting off easy with a classic-Peaches’ N’ Cream Smoothies!
I don’t know about you, but for me smoothies make the perfect summer meal or snack. They are cold and refreshing and light enough so you don’t feel weighed down, but substantial enough to satisfy.
This one is no different. Frozen peaches, smooth creamy yogurt and a little milk come together for the perfect summertime smoothie.
Peaches’ N’ Cream Smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie
- 1 cup peaches, peeled and frozen
- 6 oz peach yogurt (or regular yogurt-using peach just ramps up the peach flavor!)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to your blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 3 minutes.
